I created a web page out of the text from my Project 1. This page gives a brief description of my experience as a dog foster.

I created a How-To List for the average day as a dog foster who is still in school:

  1. Wake up to the sound of puppies crying long before your alarm is set to go off

  2. Struggle to take all (1-3) puppies outside at the same time to pee

  3. Hurdle puppies back in to the house

  4. Give them each a bowl of food and monitor that they do not steal food from each other

  5. Hurdle them back outside if they did not poop the last round

  6. Clean up the accidents that litter the floor from the night before

  7. Grab a granola bar and go to school

  8. Come home at 1 o’clock

  9. Repeat steps 2 through 5 for lunch time

  10. Clean up the accidents that occurred since breakfast

  11. Have a very intense playtime for 30 minutes to an hour

  12. Sneak away once they have fallen asleep for a nap

  13. Eat lunch/do homework/have alone time while remaining out of sight and earshot of the sleeping puppies as to not wake them

  14. Accidentally wake up one of the puppies, resulting in them all waking up. You are now stuck in another play session. It is noteworthy that playtime mostly consists of the puppies either biting you or each other

  15. Mom comes home from work and you drop all responsibility for the puppies on to her

  16. Eat dinner, shower and go to sleep. This can be better said as rinse and repeat all again the next day

I created an Instagram account where I have posted pictures of rescue dogs that I have foster with captions that contain anti-puppy mill facts.
